Trip Information

DESCRIPTION OF TRIP:   This trip will include a 3-day Moto camp. Our team will comprise 20+ Americans who want to serve in multi-faceted ways.  We will partner with Guatemalan leaders, and they will be Huddle Leaders/translators.  Our mission is to run camps, share the gospel, create a discipleship culture, enjoy the country, and meet physical needs in the community.  We will partner with our missionary hosts in Guatemala - FCA staff and Lead volunteers.  Our ministry opportunities include hosting camp, ministering to campers/Guatemalan teams of all ages, food baskets, home visits, light construction, and so much more!!


DATE:   November 14 - 24, 2026


CAMPS:  Coliseo Xtreme Park at Lo de Dieguez, Fraijanes, Guatemala


MISSIONS:  Village serving, orphanage serving, motocross camp


COST:  $2800 Price includes transportation/airfare, lodging, food, team shirt, international insurance, activities, Spanish Bibles, mission projects, and more.

All deposits/payments/donations are tax-deductible.  If paying by check, make payable to FCA and mail to 7735 139th Ct, Apple Valley, MN 55124. 


** First payment of $1400 due August 10th; remaining balance due Sept 31st.


TEAM MEMBER INFO:  Ages 13+ are welcome; those under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.  We mostly need adult males skilled in many different ways for the trip.  The team should be around 20 members.


REGISTRATION:   Registration is currently open for our 2026 trip. To apply for the trip, please fill out the online application (click the red button that says APPLY HERE), put down a deposit of half the money (or pay in full), and submit a color copy of your passport (see more passport details below).   


PASSPORTS:  We require a colored copy of your valid passport to be turned in at the time of registration to be approved for this trip.  Passports must not expire within 7 months of the return date and must include 3 blank visa pages, not amendment pages.  You can either email a copy to dpovolny@fca.org or text it to 612-718-9000.


HEALTH:  Consult your physician for recommendations to go on this trip.  Generally, no vaccines are needed.


PERSONAL FUNDRAISING:  Personal support letters are welcome - ask for a sample - to raise support.  All donations are tax-deductible and will stay with FCA (non-refundable if you can't come on the trip).  Besides fundraising, consider reducing your luxury spending (coffee, eating out, entertainment, etc.), collecting and selling unwanted items, and picking up side work around the community - like mowing lawns.


TEAM TRAINING and COMMUNICATION:   We will start a GroupMe and communicate mostly through this app pre-trip.  We will have Zoom meetings leading up to the trip.
