We're glad this year's retreat brings us to Louisville! We hope to see you and your spouse in March.
We are excited to get together to celebrate ministry wins, discuss local ministry ideas, and sharpen our key leaders - that's you! This retreat will challenge us spiritually and give updates on the ministry.

$200/Individual
Cost includes two lunches and one dinner during the retreat schedule.

Indianapolis Supercross Race and FCA Supercross Experience
Optional Activities during the retreat:
Riding Session
- When: Wednesday, March 5th, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Details: Bring your own dirt bike or arrange your own rental.
Thursday Night Activity
- When: Immediately following the retreat on Thursday night.
- Details: Typically includes go-kart racing for some fun competition.
Supercross Trip
- When: Saturday, March 8th, departing at 7:00 AM and returning around 1:00 AM on Sunday, March 9th.
- Details: Ride with us on the bus/van from Louisville to Indianapolis for the Indy Supercross and the FCA Supercross Experience.

Speaker: Bob Borcherdt
Bob has been a leader, strategist, and business owner for over 35 years. He is the founder and CEO of IN2GREAT, a leadership consulting company created with the intent to help businesses grow by building better leaders.

You'll learn about L-21™ Interactions, a system of one-on-one interactions that can help leaders develop more awareness, set mutual expectations, and give and receive developmental feedback.
