What is a Trackside Power Camp?
We are so glad you asked! The Fellowship of Christian Athletes Trackside Power Camp is a race skills training camp held on location at the motocross track facility.
Camp is a key to the FCA Motocross Game Plan for influence. Trackside Power Camp will support racers, strengthen families, unite the Christian community, equip leaders and present riders with a challenge to put their faith in Jesus Christ.
The 3 day camp format includes 5-6 hours of instruction and practice daily on some of the best tracks in the country. The instructors will include national and local pro racers. Trackside Power Camp provides all this in a Christian atmosphere that is youth and family friendly. The daily schedule includes a spiritual challenge, the opportunity to meet and hear from some of the top motocross racers in the country and a small group (huddle) experience were life long relationships will begin.
The track facility will be closed to the public during FCA camps and open to family camping for enrolled campers and their family. Our schedule allows for local campers to commute daily. Lodging and supervision by trained and screened FCA Volunteers may be arranged through the Trackside Power Camp Team.
A team made up of FCA staff, FCA Motocross Race Team members and volunteers are involved in planning and leading a Trackside Power Camp. The Trackside Power Camp Team will assure excellence and handle local followup. |
